Rick and Morty (and Summer and Beth and Jerry) sure do visit some interesting places.
I wanted to create a log of all of these planets, dimensions, and alternate realities that they visit, you know, for science. Also, it was a very convenient excuse to rewatch all of the show after that gut-punch of a Season 2 finale.
To preface this list, I’ve only included places that Rick, Morty, or one of the other main characters have actually visited, not ones that are just mentioned or referenced. But because they’re so awesome, I’ve made an exception for the “TV show” universes, which are logged on page three.
With that said, here is every Rick and Morty destination so far:
Season 1
Dimension 35C – Pilot (1.01)
It has the perfect climate conditions for a perfect kind of tree… a Mega Tree.
Interdimensional Customs – Pilot (1.01)
An “airport” of sorts for interdimensional travel.
Dream Realities – Lawnmower Dog (1.02)
This dream reality inside of a dream reality inside of a dream reality exists in Mr. Goldenfold’s head. We haven’t seen it yet, but this episode also teases a planet of intelligent dogs, where “pet insurance is mandatory.”
Anatomy Park – Episode (1.03)
This miniature theme park was built inside of a hobo named Reuben. Reuben later exploded.
Virtual Reality Simulation – M. Night Shyamaliens (1.04)
Zigerions created this elaborate virtual reality simulation (in a simulation, in another simulation) to try and steal Rick’s recipe for dark matter.
Demonic Alternate Reality and/or Future – Meeseeks and Destroy (1.05)
Apparently the home of clones from an alternate reality, possessed by demonic alien spirits from another dimension’s future.
A Fantasy Type World – Meeseeks and Destroy (1.05)
With creatures and all sorts of fantasy things. Also, giants.
Earth C-137 – Rick Potion #9 (1.06)
The “original” Rick and Morty dimension. Accidentally turned into a Cronenberg dimension by Rick’s love potion, although the original Summer, Beth, and Jerry survived unchanged. We never see it, but there’s also a dimension where Cronenberg Rick accidentally turned the entire planet into normal humans.
The Current Dimension – Rick Potion #9 (1.06)
A universe where Rick cured the love potion mishap, then blew himself and Morty up while fixing his Ionic Defibulizer. They were replaced by the Rick and Morty from Earth C-137. This is the alternate reality where the show currently takes place.
Pawn Shop Planet – Raising Gazorpazorp (1.07)
A planet that’s apparently just a pawn shop and a parking lot.
Gazorpazorp – Raising Gazorpazorp (1.07)
The homeworld of the Gazorpians.
C-500A – Rixty Minutes (1.08)
An alternate reality where Jerry and Beth never got married. Instead, Jerry became a successful actor, and Beth became a human surgeon.
Hamster in Butt World – Rixty Minutes (1.08)
A universe where intelligent hamsters live inside human butts.
Pluto – Something Ricked This Way Comes (1.09)
Not a planet.
The Citadel of Ricks – Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind (1.10)
The secret headquarters of the Council of Ricks.
Butt World – Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind (1.10)
A planet of giant, farting butts, toilet paper rolls, and plungers.
Pizza Universe – Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind (1.10)
A universe where sentient pizzas eat humans.
Greasy Grandma World – Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind (1.10)
Population: A whole lot, sonny!
Phone Universe – Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind (1.10)
A universe where sentient phones eat chairs, use pizza as chairs, and use people as phones. First appeared (briefly) in “Rixty Minutes.”
Doopidoo Dimension – Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind (1.10)
A world filled with weird bird things that make “doopidoo” sounds.
Chair Universe – Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind (1.10)
A universe where sentient chairs eat phones, use people as chairs, and use pizza as phones.
Unidentified Two-Ringed Planet – Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind (1.10)
The location of “evil” Rick’s base.
Calaxian Dimension – Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind (1.11)
The dimension where Calaxian crystals are found. Also, giant testicle monsters.
Nice, thanks man.
