Activision will be officially unveiling Black Ops III‘s zombie mode at a Comic-Con panel next week, but that won’t be the only undead-themed activity they have planned.
They’ll also be bringing a real-life “Escape Room Challenge,” which tasks teams of con attendees with solving clues and escaping from an enclosed room before time runs out.
When and where is it?
The Challenge will be located at 450 Second Ave in the Gas Light District, across the street from the convention center. It will be open at the following times:
Thursday, July 9: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday, July 10: Noon – 8:00 PM
Saturday, July 11: Noon – 8:00 PM
Do I need tickets? Is it free?
The event is totally free and open to the public. No tickets (or even a Comic-Con badge) required!
And how about that panel?
The Call of Duty panel itself will take place on Thursday, July 9 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in Room 6BCF. Jason Blundell, the director and lead writer of Black Ops 3‘s zombie mode will be on hand to reveal gameplay, as well as take questions from the fans,.
If that’s not enough CoD for you, Activision itself will set up shop on the showfloor at booth #121.
