Crimson Peak and Insidious Will Be Featured at Universal Halloween Horror Nights

Two of the biggest horror movies of 2015 will be recreated in real life for Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights.

Crimson Peak

Announced at Comic-Con, the first will be Guillermo del Toro’s Crimson Peak. Called the “Maze of Madness,” the experience will recreate the journey of the film’s lead character, Edith Cushing, from her home in America, to the haunted Allederale Hall mansion in England.

Here’s Del Toro announcing it earlier this weekend to the Hall H crowd:

Insidious

The second maze will be themed after the Insidious trilogy, taking visitors from a seance Lambert family’s home, and straight into the supernatural realm known as the Further. Fans of the Insidious movies know that the Further is by far the most intriguing aspect of that series’ mythology, so it will be cool to be able to walk around and explore it in real life.

The official announcement mentions both the Woman in Black and Red-Faced Demon as characters who will appear in that section of the maze. You can watch a teaser for the attraction here:
