Hey there music lover! You like new stuff? Great! You’ve stumbled into the perfect corner of the internet.  Each week all sorts of audiolicious goodies are unleashed onto the masses and this is where they come to be judged. I’ll tell ya what’s good, what’s bad, and what’s a waste of your precious time. So strap on your headphones and let’s take a ride!

The Big News

Here’s the new Kenny Chesney record that I’m not going to listen to. Or to which I’m not going to listen.

Metal Legends

90s metal legends Helmet return with their first record in six years. Like all of the others, I’m sure it’s a masterpiece.

New Orleans sludgers Crowbar are still here, offering their eleventh release The Serpent Only Lies.

BONUS!!!!

The boys weigh in on the greatness of the Bar!!!!

Miscy DIscy

Post-punk legends The Pop Group have happily reunited. Best fucking news ever. This album sounds goddamn great.

ANOTHER BONUS!!!

Why the Pop Group is so important!!

CRX includes Nick Valensi from The Strokes.

Australian electro-nauts Empire of the Sun are back.

RIP

This is the part where we say goodbye to those who’ve hit their last high note. Rock on and rest in peace, brothers and sisters.

One of my favorite writers Thom Jones.

Songwriter Robert Bateman.

Pete Burns of Dead or Alive.

My Recommendations

Dunno how this happened but I somehow missed the release of one of the most exciting releases of the year, Do Hollywood by New York’s The Lemon Twigs. This is a long awaited debut and you’ll see this on an end of the year list, trust me.

Next Week!!!!

Tune in next week, same new music time, same new music channel, for new stuff from Alicia Keys!!!!!!
