Veteran Minnesota dope rappers Atmosphere return with their seventh release, Fishing Blues. Slug Mag says the album “has an inspired feeling to it, with elements of blues, gospel, and funk all taking part in creating the overall sound”.

Indie shapeshifters Of Montreal keep churning out material, unveiling Innocence Reaches, the band’s fourteenth overall release and first in like 200 days.

Another collection of perpetually prolific pops, Thee Oh Sees, offer up A Weird Exits, their first since last year’s brilliant A Mutilator Defeated at Last.

Brendan Canning, of Broken Social Scene among others, announces his third solo set, Home Wrecking Years.
