PlayStation 4 sales have now “surpassed six million units worldwide.” according to SCEA Marketing VP John Koller. The console most recently launched in Japan in February, selling over 370,000 systems in just a week.
Additionally, Sony reports that over 13.7 million copies of PS4 software have been sold via retail stores and digital downloads as of March 2, with 30 titles currently available. There have also been over 3.6 million live broadcasts and over 56 million spectate sessions on Twitch and Ustream. Since January, PS4 games alone have accounted for 20% of the daily broadcasts on Twitch.
