Sounds Great: Julie & the Wrong Guys

Julie Doiron was Courtney Barnett before Courtney Barnett was Courtney Barnett. I was spinning her records on college radio (wut up KJ kids!) when I was in college. She was in Eric’s Trip too, and she deserves all of your attention. She’s a Canadian indie stalwart and one of the most respected and respectable performers around. Her new record comes out next week.
