Last time we saw Rolento was in Street Fighter X Tekken where he could be seen hopping around on his pogo stick. He seems to be doing a lot less of that in the most recent Ultra Street Fighter IV trailer, instead choosing to roll as his method of travel.
Based on his special moves, Rolento looks like a character who wants to get right into the fight instead of playing footsies or keep away. In a way, some of his attacks seem similar to Vega’s in their gap-closing nature. It’ll be interesting to see where he’ll fit in the current scene.
