The Supernatural spinoff is no longer titled “Tribes,” but will instead go with Supernatural: Bloodlines. In addition, the show has casted one of its lead actresses.
Bloodlines will star Melissa Roxburgh as Violet, a member of a werewolf pack who is in a secret relationship with a family rival, David (played by Nathaniel Buzolic). The show will also feature Lucien Laviscount, Danielle Savre, Sean Faris, and Stephen Martines. Interestingly, Roxburgh has previously appeared in Supernatural as a different character: Lila Taylor in Season 7’s “Time After Time.”
The Supernatural spinoff series will delve into the seedy Chicago underworld, which as it turns out, is controlled by monster-mafia families. The pilot will air on April 29.
