PlanetSide 2 community manager Tony James has revealed that development on the game’s next continent, Hossin, will be streamed live on Twitch. In a blog post, James stated that viewers will be able to watch work on “the layers of complex design behind Hossin’s environment and bases.”
The streams have been scheduled for each Tuesday at 3PM PST, beginning on March 11. Each installment will showcase a different developer on the PlanetSide 2 team. Here is the current schedule:
- March 11 – Hossin Environment Art with Devin “$1.99 Taco Combo” Lafontaine
- March 18 – Hossin Base Design with Xander Clauss
- March 25 – Hossin Base Design with David “Malron” Bennett
- April 1 – Hossin Base Design with Adam “Arclegger” Clegg
The streams will culminate in the release of the new continent in May.
