NYU PhD candidate Chris Mitchell might just be the most ambitious Minecraft player ever. That, or he’s a crazy person. Mitchell’s is planning on recreating Manhattan; as in, all of Manhattan.
Mine-hattan (my stupid joke, not his) will be a perfect 1-1 replica, complete with full exterior reconstructions of each building.
To accomplish this, he’ll be drawing map data from Google Earth, Here.com, and Bing, and plans to “complete the map as an expression of raw computer power.” His project will require a server cluster of 300 cores and 200GB of RAM a few hours just to render his current iteration.
That’s a lot of computing just to hide from some creepers.

I was just seeking this info for some time. After six hours of continuous Googleing, at last I got it in your web site. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that don’t rank this kind of informative websites in top of the list. Generally the top sites are full of garbage. dbebckedbbekcebk
