There’s cosplay, and then there’s going-all-out cosplay with badass costumes that no one could ever top.
The latter category is where this next cosplay fits. Some resourceful fans put together a getup for the Avengers: Age of Ultron launch. You’re probably thinking, “great another superhero cosplay, just what we need!”
Nope. This one is definitely not for the heroes. Check it out.
Where’s the Cosplay?
That is Ultron and a couple of his lackeys — okay, they’re all Ultrons; even if that’s not technically possible. There can be only one Ultron… or something like that.
At first glance these suits look like professional, studio-born costumes, but they’re not. The suits are made out of EVA foam and to get the metallic, glossy texture they were wrapped with PVC leather. As for the lights, those are LEDs.
The image was taken at the Avengers movie premiere in Walt Disney Studios Thailand. The cosplayers thanked the park for allowing them to attend the premiere dressed up. No doubt, they had to ask permission to show up wearing these suits.
